The turquoise blue ground border relieved with cartouches painted with brightly colored birds, each plate having a unique grouping, the ground with gilt laurel garlands. The reverse with the green cypher mark of Nicholas II dated 1899. Perfect condition: no restoration, no cracks or losses.
